Used for aligning and stacking of biscuits, each consists of channeling board, Set of Stacking Stars, and equipped with Stainless Steel guides.
Painted steel chassis with stainless steel bed for the belt.
Effective widths of 900 to 1800 mm
PU belt of food proofed material.
Total Stainless-Steel chassis and belt bed.
Operation length of 2300 mm.
Equipped with channeling corrugated plate for one size with own modulating motor.
Effective height of 1300 mm at inlet of the channeling plate and delivering at 850 mm.
Adjustable independent driven Stars along the width to stack the biscuit rows.
Drive stations equipped with SEW gear drive motor with infinitely variable speed control SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER-ELECTRICS frequency inverter.
Belt cleaning stations with drawer.
Automatic pneumatic belts tracking with air piston at both sides at one extremity (each belt).
Automatic belt tensioning station with mechanical tensioning springs and gravity roller.
Control touch panel with speeds display.
Straight effective height of 850 mm from ground with Adjustable feet height +/- 25mm.
