Tilting conveyors are used to deliver products to two different pathways allowing for production flexibility.
Features a motorized end nose tilting system with two positions (straight and downward) for controlled product discharge.
Tilting motion is driven by an independent motor for precise up/down positioning.
Effective widths of 900 to 1800 mm
PU belt of food proofed material.
Equipped with a belt cleaning station (stainless steel scraper) and collection drawer for product residues.
Includes automatic pneumatic belt tensioning using dual air pistons on sprockets and guides.
Equipped with automatic pneumatic belt tracking at both ends for stable belt alignment.
