Dough Feeder

System used to roll out the dough blocks into one fine sheet to be formed by the following rotary machine

The System consists of

1. Stainless steel hopper equipped with a pair of press rollers to form precut dough carpet.
2. Hydraulic bowl hoist to lift and tilt the bowl for emptying the dough charge in the hopper.
3. Conveyor with effective width 400:1800 mm² prepared for working with a metal detector.
4. Pneumatic rejection system to reject the affected dough in a collecting drawer.

The conveyor is a variable speed conveyor that continuously receive material output from Hoper to machines.

The hydraulic elevator that is responsible for the feeder motion is controlled by a hydraulic pump which is simply controlled
