Designed to ensure a hygienic entry process by automatically cleaning operators’ boots before accessing the production area.
The system is activated when the operator places their finger near a capacitive proximity sensor, initiating the cleaning cycle.
The unit is equipped with a rotating brush system driven by an electric motor to effectively clean the boots.
A water nozzle positioned behind the brush supplies continuous water flow to keep the brush wet during operation, improving cleaning efficiency.
Both the brush and water flow operate automatically upon sensor activation and stop immediately once the operator removes their finger.
It also features a chemical inlet for adding cleaning agents, equipped with a non-return valve to ensure correct flow direction and prevent backflow.
This automated system ensures safe, efficient, and controlled boot cleaning while maintaining high hygiene standards.
