Used for the semi-automatic small and medium scale production of flat and hollow wafers.
Modular design, 12 to 31 baking plate pairs, easy capacity upgrading.
Capacity of up to 18 wafer sheets/per min.
Longitudinally arranged baking plates for optimum oven length and baking results.
Available with Gas heating or Electrical heating.
Double insulation of oven chamber for optimal energy exploitation and working conditions.
Side doors allow good access to the oven interior to facilitate maintenance.
Stainless Steel covers and doors with insulation.
Number of plates 30 / 31 for each oven.
Heating: by Natural Gas.
Connection for chimneys to be supplied by purchaser.

Production capacity 18-20 sheets/min per oven when providing 60 mbar steady gas pressure.
Engraving of plates: to be defined (we recommend 24 x 25 to give sheet thickness 3.1 mm).
