The Hygiene Entrance Unit – four Steps type HYU4
B is a unit for a hygienic work process. The sensors avoid superfluous use of raw materials and/or time. While the hands are disinfected, boots are cleaned. The tripod gate is released only after all steps are completed.
Through the hygiene machine type HYU3-B, the operator passes by four stages:
1st Stage: Hand Disinfestation Sanitizer side station:
Using Photoelectric sensors to detect hands presence & releases the sanitizer dose. Also, we use a level sensor to detect the sanitizer low level in its jar.
2nd Stage: Boots Cleaning Brushes ground station (Upper part):
Three column Brushes with water jet nozzles used for cleaning the upper part of boot shoes.
3rd Stage: Boots Cleaning Brushes ground station (Sole):
Two lanes’ brushes along the unit length to clean the boot sole; Equipped with an easy cleaning mechanical system (easy to remove and clean underneath). There is a water jet nozzle underneath the brushes to keep the brushes wet.
4th Stage: Passing gate station:
Used to pass one person at time.
Released only when the entrance sensor and the two sanitizer sensors were activated (Hygiene Cycle Completed).
The unit is equipped with a lockable control panel to control the machine.
